Three phase AC power is input to the energized transformer, and output to the rectifier bridge under the control of the welding controller. After rectification into DC, the rechargeable and dischargeable capacitors are charged. After charging is completed, the external power grid is cut off by the welding controller. The welding transformer outputs low voltage and high current to weld the workpiece through discharge thyristor conduction discharge.
